We want your Moriva order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

- Verify your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout

Incorrect Shipping Address
