  3. Send It Back — If a return is required, we'll provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval
  4. Receive Your Refund — Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items
